"Permit Processing at BMV goes Smoothly"
Breanna Bachelder a student of Corner Stone Driving Institute was one of the first students in the state to get her permit issued under the new guide lines put forth by the BMV. The day following her completion of the course she went to the Bangor BMV and within fifteen minutes had been issued her learners permit. The process was smooth and flawless. So the speculations of the nay Sayers that students would be waiting weeks and months to get their permits is completely false.
Brittaney Mahonen a student of Greater Pen Bay Driving Academy was issued her completion certificate on October 3rd at 2:40 PM and was in possession of her Maine learners permit on the same day 20 minutes later! She and her mother report that the process was smooth and flawless at the Rockland branch of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
The Mission of MEDTSEA is to represent professional providers of traffic safety training and education within the State of Maine, and advocate on their behalf with State Government through rule making and laws that will enhance the viability of professional educators and trainers. Develop continuing educational opportunities, and promote an increased awareness of traffic safety among Maine’s citizens.
